Ingredients:

2 rolls of puff pastry
2 apples
1 package of vanilla pudding powder
400ml of water
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 package of vanilla sugar
A little milk
Handful of sliced almonds for decoration
Confectioners' sugar
Instructions:

Core the apples, peel them, and cut them into small cubes.
In a saucepan, combine the water, apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the vanilla pudding powder, vanilla sugar, and 4 tablespoons of water.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the pudding mixture, stirring immediately with a whisk to avoid lumps. The mixture should thicken and then cool slightly.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
Unroll one roll of puff pastry onto a baking sheet and spread the apple mixture over it. Cover with the second roll of puff pastry and press the edges with a fork. Cut into small squares.
Brush the surface with milk and sprinkle with almonds.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve.
