At least four people were struck by lightning Saturday night at the Milan Dragway.

The Milan Area Fire Department saying in a Facebook post the lightning strike happened during a concert at the dragway's first annual Milan Mud Bash event. The fire department says a single lightning strike was reported and affected multiple people. Two of the four people were taken to the hospital and released on Sunday.
