French Bulldog has ear infections

The owner came for vaccination as he would be getting a new puppy.
Both ears are inflamed. The right ear had a scar from a haematoma surgery 5 months ago. But he had an excellent recovery after surgery by the doctor.
The dog will not allow the owner to clean his ears although he appeared gentle at the clinic. The tartar in the back teeth needs to be removed. The owner said he would do it next time.
