On today's episode, Reata and Jana discuss the importance of being ready or being prepared. Additionally, they expand their reach and explore the significant role that being ready has in the lives of others. During this episode, Reata and Jana converse about biblical examples where God prepares others through someone else. For example, Abraham taught his children the ways of God which ripple into the lives of believers to this day. Additionally, before David died, he prepared all of the material needed for Solomon to build the temple of God. Jana also reflects on people who have prepared/impacted her life and how that influence lives on today. Lastly, they explore the meaning and significance about the "dash" or days of our lives and ponder questions about the influence and purpose of a life well lived.

Topics and Questions Discussed:
1) Sometimes our experience and preparation is for more than ourselves. It’s for our children, for our community and even the world.
2) Who are some people in your life whom have helped prepare you for where you are today?
3) How do you prepare others if you are not ready?
4) Biblical example of not being prepared in the parable of the 10 Virgins in Matthew.
