Wade Wilson found guilty on all counts in the murders of two Cape Coral women, jury recommends death
Nine of the 12 jurors recommended the death penalty for the murder of Kristine Melton, and ten of them recommended death for the murder of Diane Ruiz.
35-year-old Kristine Melton and 43-year-old Diane Ruiz were strangled as part of a cross-county crime spree. In addition to the two first-degree murder charges, Wilson was convicted of grand theft, battery, burglary and petit theft.
