Sibling Abuse Executor of Estate Hogging ALL Family Assets

I was meeting some painters to get an estimate on painting my daughter's house. Tamara pittman Followed me into the house and physically assaulted me... As she often has! Because she is the executor she has control of all of my parent's money to buy herself lawyers. However, the house is in trust and should not even be in probate. My mother actually used the word trust and said that the house would go in trust to the granddaughters of which my daughter is one and her daughter is the other. So yes I had as much right to be there as she did... as I was checking on the progress of the house which my sister has allowed to be damaged by water. She tried to hide the fact that the house was damaged and then she tried to get her lawyer to get me to sign a settlement that would void the trust....without me or my daughter seeing the house. She is represented by Keith Stroud and Josh Dearman. I cannot afford a lawyer. My sister has abused me since childhood and for the last 2 yrs of my mom (with alzheimers) life...she would not allow me or my kid to see my mom ....because she had forcibly moved into my mom's house and was using joint bank account and collecting dividends and social security. She didn't have to work! She was deemed caretaker....the police allowed her to charge me with trespass if I knocked on the door. Well the "caretaker" let my mom die from a mild strain of covid.
