Is This Vietnam?!: Our first time in Phu Quoc

Our first video from the Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc. The construction on this island is insane. I was told that all of these projects started pre-covid when they had tons of investors but the money dried up and it is taking longer than normal to complete. It feels strange to walk these empty streets...it doesn't seem like Vietnam.
