People coming from disadvantaged backgrounds tend to believe they do not have the same opportunities as others do. They feel excluded at college and at work. However, diversity and inclusion are a fundamental value, and companies, recruiters and employees should all work on it. Leonel is the founder of HuntZen, a recruitment company. His goal ? Simplify the recruitment process and job search for candidates and companies, be fairer to everyone in view of the existing challenges in recruitment.
