INGREDIENTS: (makes 12-15 puffs) 300 gms beef Mince( or chicken mince) Half cup oil Half Onion chopped 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2-3 green chilies chopped 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp black pepper Half tsp paprika Half tsp oregano 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce Half cup bell peppers/capsicum chopped 2 tbsp coriander chopped Mozarella or cheddar cheese (as much you like ) 2 puff pastry sheets (cut out small circles as shown) Butter & mayonnaise to brush ( or use an egg) Sesame seeds for garnish
METHOD: In a wok add oil, sauté onion, add mince along with gingergarlic paste, spices, green chilies, cook for 10-12 mins, then add bell peppers, vinegar, soy sauce, chilli
sauce,saute, add coriander and its ready. Let it cool aside. On a baking tray, take a puff pastry sheet, cut out small circles as shown. Fill with keema filling, add cheese, put another circle on top, seal the edges.Brush some butter,mayonnaise, and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake or airfry at 190C for 15-17minutes, broil for 2-3 mins until golden brown. Enjoy. You can use frozen parathas as an alternative for puff pastry .
