Emotion Care- Taking
Taking on Others Life Responsibilities
Over Giving/Over Sharing your time and resources - REPEAT OFFENDERS!
Re Peat Offenders- Do they say they are "sorry" and will never do it again and then repeat the same thing over and over? Are you ENABLING another's co-dependancy by ALLOWING them to continue the energy in YOUR life?
Thinking your "helping" but rather- you are exonerating victimhood and another and slip into the "martyr" role- where your own life becomes non existent?

Woke up from a bizarre dream where your sense of self returned after moving out of an environment or break up and being able "hear" yourself and your own thoughts again?
Realised the extent of this persons energy and how it affected you without you having ANY realisation until the connection was over ?
You sub-consciously " become" them and say "yes" to ANYTHING they ask- thus losing your own dignity and self respect- BUT usually energy leechers DO NOT have high levels of personal power or self love and self respect- because if they did- they would not PURPOSELY treat others poorly.
REMEMBER- people can convince themselves of all sorts of "stories" and "justify" why they chose to deceive, manipulate, lie or harm another.

Usually- this will mean turning it back on the "victim" so they do not have to "feel bad" about their own behaviour. Beware the Story Tellers and The Story Twisters of Todays TImes !
