FINANCIAL DISTRICT SWEEP /Pushing Build to the Limit /Ouro-Heartbreaker-Drone /#Gameplay #Division2

In this video I try to charge everything (without being outright stupid) to test how much punishment the build can take. Next test will see if the build can stand toe-to-toe against Legendary enemies, preferably without PFE mods.

The video is a revised build of a build originally posted here: https://youtu.be/rHl0gsA7uDg. Basically, I replaced Coyote's Mask with a Blue Core Ceska and replaced Emperor's Guard with a Blue Core Eagle's Grasp.

The Ouroboros doesn't technically pulse any targets for Heartbreaker. However, it shoots so many bullets so quickly that one always hits the head of the target and applies a pulse to activate the Heartbreaker stacks. Usually, players use the Technician's Linked Laser Pointer to pulse targets, but I only use that on the long-range weapon the Police M4.

The goal of this build is to replace the Striker PFE-Drone build used here with something more survivable and can move through solo Legendary easier. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1z5OzNHcMZ4
