Roll Call Training Back Up Issues Part 1 of 2 10 06 2019

The following two audio recordings are of Roll Call training and the asinine request by police supervisors regarding backup. This information is essential for the public to understand why there is a delayed response to their call for service. Although it's exploratory, it is essential to know if a Police Department will not discipline an officer for not backing up his fellow officer; what makes you think that officer will get in trouble for not responding to your call promptly? Policy and procedures were changed to accommodate the lazy officers, reward them, and punish the honest, hard-working officers. They would rather conform and lower their standards than raise the standards of lazy officers.

Regardless of our differences, I fought tooth and nail for all the officers I worked with. Command staff and Town Hall wanted to keep this information from being known. Just think back and remember when you were dispatched to a call for service. Who was there first or next to you? It wasn't the supervisors; it was me. Who told you to look, listen, learn, and make your judgment; it was me.

Please reference this new article. They are not the same police department, but this is to show how command staff and Town Hall lack respect for their officers.
