On 11/19/2023, A police officer observed a red Mercedes sedan pass her at a high rate of speed and swerve to the left almost striking another vehicle that Ofc Rigney was traveling behind.The Mercedes moved back into the lane and then drove off the road to its right side. The officer activated the overhead lights and audible siren and was ignored. The vehicle eventually yielded to the officer in a parking lot. The officer quickly noticed that the driver was possibly impaired.
