Supreme Court sided with the Biden admin in the biggest free speech case of our time

In a sobering 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court sided with the Biden admin in Murthy v. Missouri, the biggest free speech case of our time.

Justice Samuel Alito called the decision “blatantly unconstitutional” in a fiery dissent piece that everyone needs to hear.

He said this decision “permits the successful campaign of coercion in this case to stand as an attractive model for future officials who want to control what the people say, hear, and think.”

“It [Biden's censorship] was blatantly unconstitutional, and the country may come to regret the Court’s failure to say so.”
