Barrett Gives Biden Censorship Win

SCOTUS June 26, 2024: Justice Amy Coney Barrett, a native of New Orleans, writes for the majority in striking down the Fifth Circuit’s ruling granting injunctive relief (restrictions on future behavior) to plaintiffs Missouri, Louisiana and several individuals including Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit who claimed harm by government coercion placed on social media. She may have been first in her class but she’s made a mockery of the first amendment by parsing legalese and being ignorant of the true public harm caused by government agencies who silenced the very experts we all needed to hear during the pandemic.
