Social care prescription?

Alzheimer’s and Dementia, the leading cause of death in the UK 🇬🇧
And known as the disease that proves a successful society
Oh and not just something for the elderly to worry about with up to 8% young/ early age diagnosis.
What are we doing about it?
Do these patients get a fair crack of the medical funding whip, given that there is no legitimate way to prescribe social care......
well not yet anyway
Good Grief Galaxy would also like to take up the baton for Alzheimer’s and Dementia and add improving this system to its manifesto or campaign.
