Book Review: Monster Hunter International by Larry Correia - 013 Brainstorm Podcast

The Brainstorm Podcast with fantasy author Clifton Hill is about writing, genre fiction and moral quandries.

In episode 13—yes 13, I know I said 12—we review a novel of military fantasy I recently read. Monster Hunter International by Larry Correia is a rip-roaring action slug-fest that doesn't pull punches, that drives the characters through hell and back. Inventive, fun, clever. This is a great piece of modern-day military fantasy playing with age-old monster tropes.

And yes, it's been a long time since my last episode. Life has been complicated. We'll talk more about that with a future episode.
