2 cups boiled Macaroni pasta 1 cup Chicken (boiled & shredded ) 1 large Apple chopped 1 Mix fruit tin (grapes,pineapple,guava,cherries) 5 tbsp thick Cream 3 tbsp milk 4 tbsp Mayonnaise 2 tbsp sugar (adjust accordingly) Half tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 small Cucumber chopped Chopped mint or parsley for garnish
METHOD:
In a bowl add boiled macaroni, chicken along with apples fruit tin, cucumber, cream, mayo and salt, pepper,sugar Give it a good mix. Sprinkle some black pepper at top and garnish with cherries & parsley.Serve and enjoy. d.
