Barrel Is Cleaned. Any Better?

So, after cleaning my barrel, the next step is fouling it! Always seemed odd to me that I have to spend a lot of time and effort to get my barrel cleaned, just to have to foul it up again to get it shooting well, lol!!
This past weekend, I got out and fouled my barrel and tested my remaining personal loads. After a few shots, the speeds stabilized and I was getting some good ES and SD numbers!!
I did find that when in prone, I am having some issues with my glasses. I do need to wear glasses to see things clearly farther away. For some reason, when down behind the scope in a prone position, I get a weird shadow and it is difficult to keep a precise aiming point. Something to work on fixing in the next weekends. Hopefully before the last match!
Well, next up I will be loading up my ammo again. May try some different powder charges to see if I can get dialed in with this cleaner barrel!! I think I need a small tweak to get dialed back in like I was before!
Always some more work to do in this process! I like it, but it's almost another full time job on top of my full time job, lol.
