Welcome to our one-hour yoga class designed for beginner to intermediate students! This session is thoughtfully structured to help you ease into yoga with a gentle warm-up while lying on your mat. We'll start by focusing on mindful breathing and simple stretches to awaken your body and prepare you for the practice ahead.

Next, we transition to a standing series where we’ll engage in a variety of poses aimed at building strength, balance, and flexibility. This part of the class is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves and deepen their practice, while still being accessible to beginners.

After the invigorating standing sequence, we move back to the ground for a calming series of lying and sitting poses. These poses are designed to stretch and relax your muscles, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
