Lawsuit Aims to Block RFK Jr. From NJ Ballot; Kenya Protests Turn Deadly as Police Use Live Rounds | NTD Good Morning (June 26)

A top Democratic lawyer is trying to keep Robert F. Kennedy Jr. off New Jersey’s ballot this November. Scott Salmon claims Kennedy broke the state’s so-called Sore Loser law.
Kenya’s nationwide protests against proposed tax hikes turned deadly on June 26. Protesters breached the country’s parliament and Nairobi’s city hall was set ablaze. Police used tear gas and live rounds to disperse crowds. At least five people were reportedly shot dead, and about 30 injured. Rights groups say 13 were hit with live bullets, four with rubber bullets, and three with launcher canisters.
The U.S. House has just passed a bipartisan bill targeting the Chinese Regime’s decades-long persecution of the spiritual practice, Falun Gong, also called Falun Dafa. NTD’s Jack Bradley brings us more on the vote.
