Minced Chicken Herbs Salad | Chicken Recipe

Good morning!

In this video, I'm going to show you how to make
Minced Chicken Herbs Salad.

This recipe is healthy, fast and easy.
I hope you'll try this and let me know it turns out!

INGREDIENTS:
300g minced chicken (chicken thigh or chicken breast)
2 Tbsp water or unsalted chicken stock
2 Tbsp fish sauce or patis
1 small shallot, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp chili flakes powder or regular chili powder
2 Tbsp toasted rice powder (I will show how to make this on my next video)
2-3 Tbsp leaves sawtooth coriander
2-3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp green onion, chopped
2-3 Tbsp mint leaves,
Fresh lettuce for serving
1-2 Tbsp Roasted Rice Powder
For the roasted rice:
1/2 cup Uncooked rice or jasmine rice
2-3 kaffir lime leaf (optional)
