During a "date" with an undercover reporter, Michael Giordano, revealed that the company has excluded white males from hiring considerations.

The confrontation escalated when O’Keefe, armed with the undercover footage, approached Giordano asking him to confirm his identity and his statements.

"There’s no way we’re hiring a white male for this,” Giordano was recorded saying, acknowledging it wasn't just an unspoken rule but explicitly communicated to Disney's management.

Giordano, caught off-guard, refused to answer and quickly left the scene, stating that filming him was not permitted, before driving away.
