Mounjaro Zepbound - A month after stopping | Is this even possible?

I stopped taking my weekly Mounjaro GLP-1 shot about a month ago. I had been experiencing increasing pain in my right foot. It got so bad that I had trouble walking on it. I started to get woken in the middle of the night with extremely painful foot pangs. It was getting to the point that I was averaging about 3 or 4 hours of sleep per night. Since I stopped the Mounjaro injections my foot pain has subsided. I still have moments...but they are becoming fewer and farther between. I'm also getting better sleep now. But how am I managing my diabetes and my weight loss without the help of GLP-1 Mounjaro/Zepbound?
