The Texas Suppressor Freedom Law was passed to prevent federal regulations on suppressors from being enforced in the state of Texas as long as the suppressor is made in Texas, the suppressor stays in Texas, and the suppressor is made of parts from Texas. This law was just struck down by the 5th circuit and you will be incensed as to why...
I still think this is our best strategy to change suppressor laws in a timely manner.
