REVISED Ouro-Heartbreaker-Drone Build (TEST 2)/ "D-Railed" Control Pt /#Gameplay of the #Division2

This new build has very strong tanking ability... able to stand toe-to-toe with a Rogue Agent (seen in Stranded Tanker video) without PFE mods. Now I just need to figure a way to cram more damage into this build.

The video is a revised build of a build originally posted here: https://youtu.be/rHl0gsA7uDg. Basically, I replaced Coyote's Mask with a Blue Core Ceska and replaced Emperor's Guard with a Blue Core Eagle's Grasp.

The Ouroboros doesn't technically pulse any targets for Heartbreaker. However, it shoots so many bullets so quickly that one always hits the head of the target and applies a pulse to activate the Heartbreaker stacks. Usually, players use the Technician's Linked Laser Pointer to pulse targets, but I only use that on the long-range weapon the Police M4.

The goal of this build is to replace the Striker PFE-Drone build used here with something more survivable and can move through solo Legendary easier. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1z5OzNHcMZ4
