When I stock whether in the frozen or diary departments at Kroger Store # 532 in Keller, Texas, I, always imagine how our customers would feel when shopping with us. "Customer Empathy", simply put is putting yourself in the shoes of our shoppers and making their shopping experience a "safe", "non-embarrassing", and "pleasant" one. A "smile" & "greeting" with an offer of "helping them" always establishes a relationship that will develop into a customer-associate bond that creates a feeling of confidence and trust.
Now... that's "good business"!!!
