The video shows that two Ukrainian soldiers are pushing and trying to put a Latin man stripped to the waist on the floor. Other foreigners try to hold back the fighters, but they fail.
The footage was published along with a comment from a Colombian mercenary who fought on the side of Ukraine. He said that such beatings are a common situation in parts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to the foreigner, the victim in the video is a Colombian who has long tried to get into the war zone.
