1966 Plymouth Fury II Project - Electric Radiator Fan Conversion - Part 1

I ran into an issue with rotating the engine by hand.
The mechanical fan that was mounted on the water pump pulley has blades that interfere with getting a ratchet onto the crankshaft bolt. To alleviate this issue, I decided to replace the salvaged fan and shroud from a 1982 Dodge Van with a dual electric fan kit. This is part one where I'll be installing the thing into the car after making some eBay parts and hardware from Ace Hardware work together.

Originally the car had a 22-inch Brass radiator but one of the brackets that was supposed to hold the tank on broke off and needs to be braised or whatever you do with brass. Considering it didn't keep the original Poly engine all that cool, going to a 26-inch aluminum might be prudent.

I'm not getting any sponsorships or any of that but here are similar item(s) from eBay.

Stay tuned for part 2 where I plan to connect some relays, attempt to charge the battery, install the temperature sensor in the intake manifold and the manual override switch.
