Plot

The film tells the story of Steve MacKendrick, an American who enlists in the British Parachute Regiment in 1940, claiming to be a Canadian. MacKendrick, who is haunted by his past, proves himself to be an exceptional soldier and earns the respect of his commanding officer, Major John Snow. However, Snow becomes suspicious of MacKendrick’s true identity and begins to investigate his past.
