14 people overdosed in downtown Indianapolis Saturday afternoon on "Spice"

More than a dozen people were treated for overdoses in downtown Indianapolis Saturday afternoon on what police believe was some form of synthetic drug also known as "Spice." Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers say most of the overdose victims were in the area of Market and East streets, near the Wheeler Mission.  EMS officials say they treated 14 patients for overdose symptoms and seven of those patients had to be taken to the hospital. None of the overdoses have been fatal.
