Andrew Cuomo left Bill Maher’s audience silent when he admitted that the “hush money” trial against Trump should have NEVER happened.

“That case, the attorney general’s case in New York, frankly, should have never been brought,” he said.

The former New York AG made another shocking statement when he said that if Trump was never running for president, that the trial “would have never been brought,” proving that it was politically motivated.

“If his name was not Donald Trump, and if he wasn’t running for president. I’m the former AG in New York. I’m telling you, that case would have never been brought. And that’s what is offensive to people. And it should be!”
