2 katori all purpose flour / maida
1 tbsp vanaspati ghee
salt as per taste
2 pinch of Ajwain
water as required to knead a dough
For Stuffing
3 boiled mashed potatoes
1 tbsp refined oil
1 tspn ginger green chili greated
1 tspn coarsely greated coriander,cumin and fennel seeds
1/2 tspn coriander powder
1/2 tspn red Chilli powder
1/2 tspn amchur powder
1/4 tspn turmeric powder
salt as per taste
2 pinch of garam masala
some chhoped Coriander leaves
refined oil for frying
