Can Humans Be Patented

In 2013, the US Supreme Court decided that the Bill of Human Rights is valid for all human beings as they are unique and sovereign. But a human being that is gene manipulated is no longer a human being but only human tissue and owned by the patent holder and for human tissue, no Human Rights apply any longer.
