1.2 kg Thinly cut steaks
100 ml White wine
1 Beer (330ml)
1 Tsp Worcester Sauce
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
50ml Olive Oil
50g Lard
2 Bayleaf
Salt
50ml Whisky
1 Tbsp red pepper paste
0.5l Chicken Stock
0.25 Vegetable Stock

Bread: (enough for 9 breads)
200ml water
100 ml milk
200g potato
1 Tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
7g instant yeast
1 Tsp Sugar
675 g Bread flour
1 Tbsp salt
