Found this old footage and it's still interesting to me.

I've seen double Rainbows, and I've seen Sun Halos-(which I'm a bit suspicious of)

But this is neither.

The Sun is opposite this 'double rainbow'.
What would make it look solid?
The haze, or planetary body, looks solid.

Nope.
Haven't seen a 'double rainbow' like that.

And I've been photographing 'Sun Halos' since 2012.
To me~
They always look like a Planet behind the Sun.

But, my logical explanation for them (as we DID NOT see Sun Halos 15 years ago) is they are caused by the incessant spraying of Aluminum Oxide and Barium.

Think a 'Magnetar Pulse' which is the most Magnetic force in the Universe, affected our Magnetic Core?

I believe they told us, because they knew they were going to have to 'reflect' the Radiation streaming through back into Space, and there was no way to hide that. (Spraying)
