The Brave Little Turtle
Once upon a time,
in a lush green forest,
there was a little turtle named Toby.

Toby loved exploring the forest,
but he was often teased
by the other animals for being slow.

One day,
a big storm hit the forest,
and all the animals ran to find shelter.

Toby found a safe spot
under a large tree
and waited for the storm to pass.

As the storm raged on,
Toby heard a small voice
calling for help.

He peeked out
and saw a tiny bird trapped in a bush,
unable to move.

Without thinking about his own safety,
Toby slowly made his way to the bird.

Using his strong shell,
Toby shielded the bird
from the wind and rain.

He carefully freed the bird
from the bush with his mouth.

The bird,
grateful and shivering,
nestled under Toby’s shell
for warmth.

When the storm finally ended,
the other animals came out of hiding.

They saw Toby and the bird
and realized how brave and kind he was.

From that day on,
the animals respected Toby
and never teased him again.

Toby learned
that being slow didn’t matter;
what mattered
was having a kind heart.

And so,
Toby and his new bird friend lived happily,
always helping others in need.
