Illegal Chinese immigration into the United States has hit an all-time high, with a staggering 4,797 Chinese nationals caught crossing the southwestern border into Mexico.
This alarming figure broke the record for the second month running, with figures from Customs and Border Patrol pointing to the third month in a row that a new record was set for monthly encounters with Chinese nationals.

According to immigration authorities, there were also 7,245 encounters with Chinese nationals across the United States imarking an increase from the previous month’s national record of 7,164. The numbers are a stark contrast to previous years, when only 450 southwest border encounters occurred with Chinese nationals during the 2021 fiscal year. This surged to 2,176 during FY 2022 before skyrocketing to 24,314 during FY 2023. 2024 have already seen more than 9,000 Chinese nationals come into contact with immigration officials.
