"CHERRY PICKING" THE CONSTITUTION. SUPREME COURT SCREWED US!

IF YOU’RE TOO DANGEROUS TO OWN A GUN
You should be in jail, not prohibited a ‘cherry picked’ right.

The Constitution of the United States offers the guarantee of God given rights. Among these are the right of freedom of speech and religion, freedom to own a firearm, the right to deny search without due cause … and the list of Civil Liberties goes on and on under the assumed protection of the Bill of Rights.

Our Supreme Court has made a dangerous decision in allowing the Federal Government to take someone’s gun away without jailing or imprisoning him or her. Mere suspicion of domestic violence is considered good enough to deny a right supposedly guaranteed by the Constitution as outline in the Bill of Rights.

Where does this ‘cherry picking’ of civil rights end? How many more decisions will be made giving the federal government the right to deny civil liberties from folks who are not even in jail.
