Man Shot by Atlanta Cop After He Produced a Gun and Shot a Security Guard in a Crowded Restaurant

On June 12, 2024, I was on duty at the Eagle Rock Residence. At approximately 0545 hours, while at the CP, I heard a loud thumping noise resembling a falling tree. I immediately left the CP to locate its origin. During my inspection of the property, I discovered a substantial tree branch had fallen, obstructing the driveway. Upon closer examination, it became evident that the branch had fallen from a large tree on the neighboring property. I promptly informed Wheeler and awaited his arrival.
