As we age, our bodies change and our workouts may change as well. Workouts will change as our range of motion becomes limited, our strength wains and our motivations shift. However, is it necessary to shift from deadlifts to leg presses simply due to age? Chris doesn't think so and you can hear his explanation in this video.
