I've learned the importance of loving discipline by mentoring the five boys who often visit my home. I look them in the eye, hold them accountable, and have those serious “come-to-Jesus” talks. This guidance not only gives them security but also instills self-respect and confidence, helping them walk with more purpose. Mentoring young men this way truly transforms their lives and builds future leaders.
