This is part 3 in our series of interviews with @FatherX2022
who works to educate men on the realities of family court and gives them tips and advice on how they can protect their rights as parents and fend off the bias of family court.

In part 1 we laid the ground work of what to expect as a father going through a divorce and how to prepare yourself for the journey. After seeing that we heard from many fathers who thanked us and asked us if we could go into more detail on some of the particulars which is why we are doing this episode and a couple more.

In this episode we dive a bit deeper and talk about how to prepare and present your case and why it is so important to take the time to understand how the law is written, how it works and how by putting in some time and effort you can better you chances of defending yourself and possibly save yourself quite a bit of money.

Among the things we discuss:

• What you need to do learn and understand when it comes to to presenting your case
• Some of the proper procedures that need to be understood when it comes to filing motions and paperwork
• How critical it is even if you have an attorney representing you to know the rules of evidence when presenting your case
• How to lay a foundation in order to present evidence
• How to know when or if you need to object
• How to deal with accusations of domestic violence and why it is critical to address them as quickly as possible and much more

Please note that neither Father X nor myself are attorney's and the information we provide is based on our personal experience for educational purposes it should not in any way be considered legal advice and we highly recommend you consult a qualified attorney in your area for any legal advice you may be seeking
