AI, the fourth industrial revolution, promises to do things like improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate research and development but at what cost to data integrity, privacy and personal autonomy?

This year at Davos the key focus was AI technology. What would it mean to life in a fully digitized and automated world? Who will "own" and control the world's data? What safeguards are in place to ensure checks and balances to prevent misinformation?

This week we saw first-hand the danger of digitized data as Meta AI results were completely incorrect and when called out, the AI tool would apologize and then spit out the correct information. Meaning, it had the right information programmed but it didn't provide it until pressed. Why and how can this happen? Whether by design or not, these are dangerous waters we're sailing into.

Folks are blindly trusting big tech corporations to be the gatekeepers of information. More alarming are the relationships these entities hold with government bodies and are collaborating on policy decisions, data sharing and censorship.

Tonight, we’ll share the recent findings through Meta AI searches, discuss the disappearance of physical info and the importance of having a home library.
