These turned out so delicious. We got some Chuck Steak from a Local Rancher here in Enid Oklahoma. Rowdy Red Ranch, they have some incredible beef. Also had a Local Taco Truck make us fresh Corn Tortillas. Everything was super delicious. The Enchiladas sauce, needs a tad work, it was pretty spicy. Toned down a bit, it will be a go to for me.
