"They're So Hot!": Overheated Puppies Saved by NYPD from Tied Up Bag

A litter of distressed pit bull puppies was rescued from a hot bag by NYPD officers in Queens on June 15. The puppies were allegedly being illegally sold and were found "dripping" with heat exhaustion. The woman allegedly responsible, Shirley Medina, was arrested and charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty.
