Believing that the future will be no more stressful than the present may aid procrastinators in accomplishing more.
According to new research from the University of Tokyo, individuals who maintain an optimistic view of the future are less prone to severe procrastination. While procrastinators frequently criticize themselves for their “bad habit,” it appears that their concerns about the future are a more significant factor.
