Moist, chocolatey perfection! This chocolate cake is simply irresistible!

Ingredients:
250g soft butter
100g white sugar
100g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
200g sour cream
200g all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
30g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp milk
100g dark chocolate chips
some butter for the mold

Chocolate Ganache:
150g semi-sweet chocolate
80g cream
100g sour cream
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. butter a springform pan (Ø 20cm) and preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.

2. beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla extract until creamy, then stir in the eggs and finally add the sour cream.

3. add the cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder to the flour and sift everything into the mixture. Then stir in the milk. Loosely fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the cake batter into the greased springform pan and bake for approx. 40-45 mins.

4. Finely chop the dark chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl. Bring the cream to the boil and pour over the chocolate. Leave to sit for approx. 2 mins., then stir with a whisk until the chocolate has melted. Add salt, vanilla extract and sour cream and stir again to combine.

5. Cover the entire cake with the ganache.
