Questions about Judaism and Jewish Identity:
What is the definition of Judaism? What makes somebody Jewish?

Joe Biden is supposedly Catholic but it seems like everybody in his family is Jewish.

I do not mean to be disrespectful to Jewish people. We have this other part of Judaism where you don't have to believe anything, which really just makes it a country club or some type of organization, not a religion.

Questions about Jesus and Judaism:
Was Jesus Jewish?

Does it matter?
Jewish people do not believe that Christ was resurrected. They don't believe that Christ ascended to heaven. So my thought is they must believe he's just that not anywhere right now so it's impossible for Jesus to be Jewish at this moment. Christians believe Jesus is in heaven.

Questions and Concerns about Religious and Political Practices:
Am I wrong for not viewing the pope as anybody special since I'm not Catholic?

I understand the historical importance of the Wailing Wall, but it doesn't have any religious meaning for me.

Why do all American politicians feel the need to visit the Wailing Wall and wear a yarmulke? (e.g., Trump, Greg Abbott, Nikki Haley, Bill Clinton, Obama)

Outside of historical importance, strictly from a Christian religious standpoint, does the Wailing Wall have an impact?

Why do they have to put on the yarmulke before going to the Wailing Wall?
