deGoogled Phone Voice to Text with Sayboard App

One draw down to detoxifying ourselves from Big-Tech tyranny is losing our coveted Voice to Text when going with a deGoogled phone.
Well, there are a couple options.
1) is to add Gboard and deny network permissions but that's only somewhat private and only safe to use on GrapheneOS phones since it can run in the sandboxed environment.
2) the other way is to use Sayboard, https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.elishaazaria.sayboard/ an open-source App that does a fine job at coverting Voice to Text. It's not as intuitive as Gboard, but it surely is a viable option!
Sayboard can be used on e/OS, CalyxOS, Lineage or any operating system for that matter.
